Mary Kathryn Davis is a Georgia native who attended Georgia State University in Atlanta to obtain an English degree with a minor in public speaking. She also received an Associate’s degree with honors in Music from Truett McConnell College in North Georgia.
While in college, Kathryn was an English Tutor and served as News Editor for The Signal newspaper. After graduating cum laude from Georgia State University, Kathryn returned to the Georgia State University College of Law to obtain her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Kathryn was honored with an Atlanta Law School Fellowship, and received the Michelle Fergueson Priestly Award (for community service and academic performance).
Kathryn also served as president of the Public Interest Law Association (PILA) and Chair of the PILA Annual Scholarship Auction. Additionally, Kathryn was selected to participate in Student Trial Lawyer’s Association competitions, placing in the semi-finals. Kathryn is currently barred in both Georgia and North Carolina.
Prior to joining The Roth Firm, Kathryn Davis held the position of Senior Managing Attorney at a national real estate law firm, overseeing thousands of transactions across the country.
Kathryn currently serves as the firm’s Practice Manager, working to maintain the firm’s high standards of superior personal service. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys family time with her husband, children, and extended family. She also enjoys weekends at the lake and volunteering with the Humane Society of the United States.
