Matt Cochran was born and raised just outside of Richmond, Virginia and graduated from Radford University. After completing his undergraduate studies, Matt relocated to Macon, Georgia to further his education at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law.
While in law school, Matt served as a research assistant and also interned with the Bibb County District Attorney’s Office. During his second year of law school, Matt began clerking with a respected personal injury firm and found his calling. Upon graduation, he accepted a job at the same firm and began handling his own cases, gaining valuable litigation experience.
Matt then relocated to Atlanta, where he continued to practice personal injury law with several well-established firms. Matt has handled countless cases from their inception to a successful resolution, giving him the experience necessary to obtain favorable results for his clients.
Matt is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their dog, exercising and attending Atlanta sporting events.
